Helen Levi Ceramics is seeking a part-time person to work as a shipping wiz!
This is a 2 day a week position focused on: packing & shipping orders from the webshop, and working at the Studio Shop on Saturdays (located on Grandview ave in Ridgewood). The shipper will also help out with various production tasks occasionally.
Ceramics experience is not required; the most important quality for this role is superb attention to detail. This is a small but busy studio with a focus on production pottery. The ideal candidate enjoys interfacing with customers but also can work independently. We will train you on our shipping practices!
IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
-Saturday availability is crucial!
-Starting wage $24/hr.
-Applicants should be able to lift a 50lb box of clay.
-Work hours are 10am-6pm
